Drill Through area in smart view is disabled for any reason

I'm facing issues with drill through. For some reason, I find the areas of drill through disabled (without the border in smart view). I have to go to the Drill Through definitions in calculation manager, save it again, close and then it works again. I use the drill through definition and not the region in Data Exchange. But what could be the reason that this is happening? We tested with invalid executions of data rules, database refresh without errors, running business rules to delete and process the drill region but none of them caused the issue. Some of you have
