Merge Supplier is throwing errors (JBO-27023)

Unable to find resolution online. In lower environments it is working.

When trying to merge two suppliers, I am receiving this error.

"The Error is: JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.JBO-HZ:::HZ_RELATIONSHIP_DATE_OVERLAP: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>HZ-120022</NUMBER><TEXT>A similar relationship with an overlapping date range already exists for this period.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>

<MESSAGE><NUMBER>POZ-2130163</NUMBER><TEXT>The Supplier Merge process has completed with errors. Review the errors and submit a new request.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>"
