How to audit tax rates ?

Summary:

We have a requirement to audit changes to tax rates.

We checked all the boxes in the Tax product (Manage Audit Policies task, Configure Business Object Attributes button), and the shadow table ZX_RATES_B_ remains empty although updates were made in the corresponding table ZX_RATES.

All other ZX tables are audited except ZX_RULES_B.
