Hi – having problem where the Engagement Engine rule does not offer Syndicated Proactive Chat from an external site like it’s supposed to - the inspector view & rule screenshots are attached together with various things I have tried. Any suggestions appreciated!

  • Inspector working and shows other rules firing and working
  • Chat agent logged in and available
  • Browser cookies enabled
  • Standard PAC with same EE tag embedded in CP page working fine
  • SPAC widget embedded javascript from CP tag documentation approach works with page fine & offers SPAC
  • SCC widget embedded javascript from CP tag documentation approach works with page fine & offers SCC
