Adjust absence balance for 2 consecutive years

Hi,

I have a requirement to adjust workers absence balance on 31/12/2022 and on 31/12/2023. I prepared my dat file correctly with the balances on 31/12/2022 and uploaded it. The balances were adjusted correctly. In my file I used specific values for system owner and system owner ID. When trying to load 2023 balances, I didn't know which source owner to use. When using the same values of 2022 files, the system update 2022 values. I couldn't fill new values nor keep it blank.

Can someone please advise on how to fill the source owner and source owner ID to update 2023 balances without affecting 2022?

Thank you,

Howdy, Stranger!
