Restrict from viewing other Legislative Data Group

Summary:

Hi

I have a requirement to restrict user from viewing other LDG.

I copied Human Resource Specialist and Human Resource Analyst role and created new JOb roles and assigned them to the new Data Role.

Now, I have assigned both the Data roles to a user. When I assign Human Resource Analyst role to the user, he is not able to view Person Management whereas when I assign only Human Resource Specialist role, he can able to access Person Management. I checked if Person Management Duty role is available for the Job roles and it is .

Please could someone let me know what I am missing ?
