Is it possible to update the username automatically after the work email is updated in the person ?

Hi,

When creating a pending worker in human resources, a record is created with a personal e-mail address, pending workers doesn’t have work e-mail adress at first. Also user account created when pending worker is approved. Since a work e-mail cannot be found when creating a user account, a username with the format “name.surname” is assigned to new user. Work e-mails are entered to the pending worker later.

The Single Sign On (SSO) method with a third party system is used during the login to Oracle HCM System. This connection is provided with the work e-mail info. Therefore, in order for users to log in, username must be same as employee’s work e-mail. Is it possible to update the username automatically after the work e-mail is updated in the person itself?

Howdy, Stranger!
