Some field in Rate Service not populating using HOS rule

Summary:

On the Rate Service page, we have configured a HOS rule, but the fields such as Max Transit Time, Max Work Time, Min Rest Time does not get populated from the HOS rule on the results page of Rate Service. Does anyone have any lead how and why these fields are maintained on the rate service results page.
