Knowledge Search from Help Desk

Hi

I am implementing Internal Help Desk (ISR Stripe) and cannot get the 'My Knowledge Classic' area to return any knowledge articles. The knowledge articles are searchable through the 'My Help' area so I'm comfortable that I have correctly set up the user with the Locale etc. I suspect the issue is due to not using the correct role/privileges. I have tried using both Knowledge Search roles (ORA_CSO_KNOWLEDGE_SEARCH_HCM_JOB and ORA_CSO_KNOWLEDGE_SEARCH_SERVICE_JOB) and neither provide access to 'My Knowledge Classic'. Can anyone please advise me on what role or config is required for My Knowledge Classic to work with ISR?
