How to get Project and Expenditure Type in fast formula?

Hi All,

I try to create a fast formula about time entry.

May I know how to get the project and expenditure type in the time entry page?

I tried
ctx_pROJECTId = GET_CONTEXT(HWM_PROJECT_ID, 0)
But it returns 0.
