Create a DB user in DBaaS and assign all privledges to other schema objects in one go

How can we create a database user in DBaaS and grant superuser privileges to specific users for all schema objects? We have three schemas: CUSTOM, ERP_CNV, and HCM_CNV, each containing numerous objects. We need to provide specific database users with execute and any privileges for all objects within these schemas. Additionally, is there a way to automatically extend these privileges to new objects created under these schemas, or do we need to manually grant access for each new object as it is created?
