Manager share and release performance doc giving Error Response during RestAction

Summary:

We have performance document, worker self evaluation and Manager evaluation submitted, then we have task 'Share Performance Document'

When manager going to click on Share and Release button after going inside the worker performance document, it is giving error:'Error Response during RestAction', Refere the screenshot below for reference.

What is root cause, is there any priviledge I need? Please suggest me.
