How to auto-approve a time card when submitted by a Line Manager?

The Time Card Approval rule has been customised so that when a Line Manager submits a time card it is auto-approved. However, when a Line Manager does submits a time card, they are then receiving an approval notification to approve the time card.

I have logged in as a Line Manager and submitted a time card on behalf of a direct report. The TimecardApproval has been customised so that a time card will be automatically approved when submitted by a Line Manager. However, after submitting a time card, I am receiving an approval notification and the time card remains in a Submitted status until I have approved it.
