Infeasible shipments are getting added to work assignment during Fleet Bulk Planning

Summary:

I have a requirement to string multiple FTL shipments for the day and have one or more Fleet driver to fulfill it. We are using Work Assignments to group shipments that can be strung together and have one driver assigned to that work assignment to take care of that entire work assignment. I am having an issue where shipments that are strung onto a work assignment are physically infeasible for driver to fulfill without violating the delivery appointment times. Is there a way to make OTM string shipments in a work assignment that are physically possible or have it recalculate
