EPMAT-7:Unable to delete password file: prefs.

Summary:

I am running an EPM automation batch script that is executing the DLR but it is giving the below error:

Login to cloud
EPMAT-7:Unable to delete password file: prefs.
Login to Cloud process completed with status code 7
EPMAT-7:Unable to delete password file: prefs.

As per the admin guide, this error is reported when EPM Automate commands affecting more than one environment are run in parallel from the same directory. As far as I know, no other scripts are running, but how do I know if by chance any script is running in the background?

Also, if no other script is running, how to resolve this error?
