restrict hiring manager access to view the requisition that he is added as a hiring manager and not the requisition that he is added as a certain type of a collaborator
so if a hiring manager or one of his subordinate is added as a hiring manager in teh requisition tehy should be able to view it
if the hiring manager or one of the subordinate is added as certain collaborator type "Office contact", we don't want them to view the requestion under my team.
