Can we limit employees from submitting non-consecutive days in one single absence request?

Summary:

We would like to configure the Absence module so that employees cannot submit one single absence request containing non-consecutive days. For example, submitting one vacation request with September 2 and September 9 in the same request. This causes challenges for our payroll department.
