Do you know how to withdraw the contract that is already requested approval to Project Manager?

Do you know how to withdraw the contract that is already requested approval to Project Manager?

I could not find a place where I could execute the withdrawal in the following screen.

Once approval is requested, can it be withdrawn unless the manager refuses?

If you know, it would be helpful if you could tell me about Billing, Budget and Project Status not just contract.
