mass update tasks in financial project plan

Hi,

I have found the same requirement and discussions regarding tools to mass update project tasks in Financial project management, but it is not onclusive as to which is the best tool to use for 24C! I have 30 projects on which I need to update (not create) existing tasks names and numbers. What is the tool that I can use?
