Work Order overlap in Production Scheduling

We are using the Oracle Fusion Supply Planning and Production Scheduling.

Our requirement is as below:

Assume all work orders need 20 minutes to complete.

As of now, production scheduling aligns work orders as below, without any overlap.

>> Current results
WorkOrder1 -> Start time: 00 , End time: 20
WorkOrder2 -> Start time: 20 , End time: 40

We want the work orders to be scheduled in such a way that WorkOrder-2 starts one minute after WorkOrder-1 start. We want the work orders to overlap as below.
>> Requirement
WorkOrder1 -> Start time: 00 , End time: 20
WorkOrder2 -> Start time: 01 , End time: 21

Question1) Are there any Automated standard way to align work order with one minutes ?
