Time Type is not visible in the LOV for an employee Time card.

OTL is integrated with PPM. The allowance (Project) is enabled in the project level for the employee but the time type is not listed in the LOV when entering the timecard but the scenario is happening only for a single employee whereas other employees belonging to the project is able to see the value and submit the timecard.
