Forms not appearing in tasks scheduled in task manager

Summary:

I'm trying to create a task using task manager that loads a form and allows a user to enter data into it. When I attach a form as a parameter to the task it doesn't appear. I've check the user has writing access to the form but it still doesn't show up.
