Mobile WMS Picking not found Order Number

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We try do pick orders from Mobile WMS. We enter OBLPN number, then we can try enter Order Nbr , when we enter Order Number system gets Order does not exists error. OBLPN status is Outbound Created.

We can do picking from RF screens.

Can you please share if you have a documentation or knowledge on this?
