Address Style Format when loading Locations

edited Sep 5, 2024 1:38PM in HCM Data Loader (HDL) 8 comments

Summary:

When Loading Locations, we load the address attached to that Location.
Address follows an Address Style Format, with validations setup in Manage Geographies for the related country.

What is the Address Style Format in use when doing an HDL load?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have enabled Address Validation in 2 pages:

  1. Setup and Maintenance > Features by Country or Territory (checkbox) and
  2. Manage Geographies for the related country, Validation enabled checkboxes need to be checked independently for each different Address Style Formats that is setup.

Wondering what is the Address Style Format in use during HDL load of Locations, using the different Address columns? I was not able to find this information in the documentation.

Howdy, Stranger!
