Timecard Approved by information is not bieng updated in BPM tables earlier it was working fine

Summary:

Following BPM tables used to update with Time card Approved by information. We thoroughly tested with Time card ELA approval with Multi assignments employee also with tested with delegate approver, in all the cases time card approver's information was stored in these tables but all of a sudden approver details was stopped updating in these tables.

We want to know why it stopped updatgin these tables all of a sudden. We created an SR and support person mentioned that ask a question in CCC.
