1st Condition : Configured 3 OR conditions : (Requestor's Assignment.result.Department equalsIgnoreCase "HR Information Systems - MSH") OR (Requestor's Assignment.result.Department equalsIgnoreCase "HR Information Systems - BI") OR (Requestor's Role Details.Role Common Name == "MSHS_HRIS_SPECIALIST_DATA")

The expectation is to check three OR conditions but two conditions or grouping together after save and submit, Please check 1st Screenshot below

2nd Condition : I have added a expression to check not equal to condition for role but still the rule is getting executed, Please check 2nd screenshot below
