A role was added to a service account on the 17th August

Summary:

a role 'Application developer' was added to FAWService_APPID on the 17th august

This is a service account so i dont think any of our users can add the roles

I cannot find out who has added it for audit purposes. I wonder if it is linked to the recent patch?
