Calculation Status changes to Impacted also for the entities whose base entities are locked.

We are unlocking few entities in previous period (Dec-22). Eg. Unlocking only  Entity D whose children are Entity E and F.  Then recomputing ownership and copying ownership data to next year (jan-23), we see Impacted status in the data form also for parent entites whose base entities we did not unlocked in the process. For eg. We did not unlocked Entity A whose child entities are Entity B and C. When we see the status in the data status form,  Entity B and C shows System Changed while Entity A shows Impacted.
