To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Learning Alerts - "No Show"
is it possible to create a "No Show" alert that is sent to a manager or the employee etc. when the "No Show" reason is selected by the instructor/Learning Specialist.
i know "No show" is a reason and not an action, but ive not been able to create one currently, and we do have it as a requirement.
We are trying to step away from OTBI reporting and emails for these types of alerts/notifications
