External supplier registration Post FYI notification

Hi,

We have a scenario where, for external supplier registration approvals the FYI notifications must be triggered to user after the approval is completed.

Below is the scenario we are expecting to configure:

1. Once a Supplier submit their registration, it should first go to Controller (Usre1) for approval.
   
2. When that is approved, it goes next to our Quality Manager (User2) for approval.
   
3. Only when (User2) has approved, the FYI email must be sent to (User3).
   
4. It can then send a FYI email to the Supplier to inform them they have been approved as a Vendor.

Please confirm whether this can be achieved for external supplier registration approvals.
