BICC Extract using Web Services returns only headers

Summary:

We are invoking a BICC Extract using Web Service call. The web service is successfully submitting the job. The job is successful and it generates the files in UCM. However, the csv files only have headers and no data records.

If I run the job /schedule manually from BICC console, it is giving me data. I have included the XML Payload (parameters section). We have created an offering and that is what we are passing in the below section of the payload.
