Hide job under the name of the person or replace it with position?

Hi,

Going on learning to my team, i can see for example my direct contacts. The request is this: is it possible to delete the job (HR Assistant) under the name of the person? Or as alternative, is it possible to insert his position e not the job under the name of the person?

In the second image, when the manager assigns the course to the person also there appears his job. Also in this case, is it possible to delete the job under the name/insert the position?
