Summary:

users are unable to get past the contacts screen during the registration process. This has been replicated by multiple internal employees and external users on both Edge and Chrome browsers. When accessing the external registration pages users are able to get the access code, fill out organizational details and enter contacts. Once reaching the contacts page any attempt to continue or click on another section causes the page to become unresponsive. Users have attempted clearing cache, resetting computers, etc. None have been successful in resolving the issue.
