Data Management - Can you set the cubes dimension is used in?

Summary:

We have multiple integrations that use data management to create our metadata (in this case our departments). Is there a way to set the specified cubes in the data load rule and specify whether they are addition or subtraction? Images below. Currently it seems to default them to what the siblings are set as. Currently all I am mapping in data management is the Alias: Default, Alias: English, Member Name, the parent function that the department falls under to keep hierarchy, and the data storage type.
