Is there a solution option to auto create TO using RF or mobile device scan in Oracle fusion cloud

My customer has a business process where they would need capability in Oracle Cloud inventory to auto-generate or create Transfer orders once scanned (picked) pallets (with labels) using mobile /RF solution are already placed on the container/truck.

The reason for this is due to space limitations they usually do not store Finished good products once out from manufacturing work order completion in any staging/FGI area/subinventory but instead load them directly into a waiting truck ready to transport the Full truck load of material to their 3PL Distribution centers.
