Time card public holiday display problem

Hi,

Since we created a calendar event for public holiday, then it would automatically displayed on timecard, and it displayed 8H quantity on that date, but we don't want it displays 8H on Public Holiday, how to let it only automatically displays Public Holiday tag on that date, and not displays 8H quantity, like these screenshots:
