HCM: Change create Work relationship approval

Hello everyone,

We would like to
customize “Create Work Relationship” for the customer. However, our changes cannot be implemented. What we did/expect:

1. Transaction Add Pending Worker

2. select the duplicate

3. Create work relationship opens

4. What’s the way to
create? —> Add Pending Workrelationship, Add Employee Workrelationship, Add
contingent Work relationship

What we also want to achieve:

1. Open create work relationship directly

2. What’s the way to create? —> Add Pending Workrelationship, Add Employee Workrelationship, Add contingent Work relationship PLUS Rehire

Unfortunately, this does not work. We have adapted existing rules and removed the other actions and we have taken a completely new rule and only stored this action.
