Assign Reason Code during Receiving

Is it possible in Oracle WMS Cloud to input or assign a Reason Code against an LPN during RF receiving? Some reasons might include:

  1. Code = Quarantine ; LPN should be received but is under quarantine
  2. Code = Damage; LPN should be received but is tagged as damaged
  3. Code = Expired; LPN should be received but is tagged as expired
  4. Code = Not included in PO; LPN should be received but is not included in a PO
