Oracle OCI Tenancy to block users

Hello Team,

I am facing different issue. I have got access to OCI console with admin rights. When i tried to login to console, it is giving below error after i selected the domain. Not sure what went wrong and how to fix this. Please help me. Thanks.

Error:

AADSTS50105: Your administrator has configured the application Oracle <Tenancy Name> Planning to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed in user <User Name> is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.
