demand plan run not picking the data

Summary:

we loaded the file for shipments history (measure id 2016) on 30th august till 30th august 2024.

our plan's history end date was 19th august 2024 then.

the plan showed history data till 18th august. which is fine.

but collection target run after 30th august(on 7th September) have not picked data from 19th august to 30th august.?
