Redwood Learning: Adding a default value to one of the Filters under "Search the Learning Catalog"

Summary:

We have an ask to have an to import of External Provider Content including their entire catalog in different languages. This is fine however there is a business case to default the language in the Language Filter to "American English", so when employees are presented with the catalog they only see courses in English only, and if they want to view it in other languages they can then modify the Language Filter. Essentially remove the step of having employees having to select American English.

Any input on this would be appreciated I haven't been able to find documentation on this.
