when or how to reduce the list of "ALL" from Things to Finish section?

Hi Team,

Wanted to understand ,when and how to reduce the list of notifications under Bell icon →Show All→ All section.

Does that automatically disappears from All section ,after approval of a transaction or we need to maintain any schedule process to reduce the the list of "ALL" section.
