We requested the enablement of Email Delivery Service in our Fusion SaaS environment using a custom email domain of ours.

The custom email domain currently is not a mailbox rather a DNS record configured with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

The requirement we have is to ensure we are able to retain the ability of the users to action workflow notifications via email responses. Could someone advise if Oracle can configure a reply-to which would redirect all the responses which could then be eventually ingested to fusion?
