Duplicate Supplier Tax registration number (Tax group)

Summary:

We have a country specific requirement (UAE). A group of companies owned by a holding company, can share the same tax number - permitted by the government.
In Fusion during the Registration of Suppliers (External Registration) the Tax Registration number should be unique. In above case multiple companies share the same tax number, so Oracle does not allow to Register the above individual companies in Oracle
Is there any way wherein we can create Register multiple suppliers who all shares the same tax number.
