Role Level Rule Condition is not working in VB Studio

Summary:

Hi All - I am trying to write the VB Studio Rule based on Role name. As per the document i had configured the condition on the Rule and made few section mandatory but i am not working as expected. I am making address section required based on Role. If i am not giving any condition then it is working as expected but with Role condition it is not working.

If anyone has written the Role based rule condition can you please help me out.
