Cannot edit same imported project into 2 Gen3 instances in the same cloud at same time.

Summary:

I have 2 Gen3 Instances Dev3 and Test3. If I import the same project into each instance, then edit both at the same time.
The first one I open "loses lock" with this error

SOMETHING WENT WRONG

This integration has lost its lock. Close this dialog and try reopening this integration.

Can be replicated every time.
