Change selection on "Learners with Existing Completions and Bypassed Completions."

My Client Groups > Learning > Configure Learner Defaults > Community Created Assignments Defaults > Edit section.

Change selection on "Learners with Existing Completions and Bypassed Completions."

The current default is "Skip creating a new assignment and leave existing completed assignments." Before Activity Sequencing/Redwood, it defaulted to the other option. Is it possible to change the default to: "Create a new assignment and automatically mark as completed."
