Learning not reassigned for new hire date change
Summary:
Learning not reassigned for new hire date change
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Scenario: we assign learning to a new hire. Then the new hire's start date changes. We are not on core HR so this is entered in PeopleSoft, then we manually change the hire date in Cloud. Prior to Activity Sequencing/Redwood, this would withdraw the learner and then upon hire date reassign the learning. Now it is not reassigning the learning which has to be added back manually. Thoughts on how to achieve this?
