How to change a descriptive field in Oracle Learning?

In the Record External Learning page of HCM Learning, I am wanting to create a drop down list within the Context Segment box in the completion details and learning item details. I believe this is created in Setup and Maintenance > Manage Descriptive Flexfields > Module > Learning. Can you please provide me with the specific name that would be correspond with the flexfield from the attached screenshot? Thanks.
