How to load multiple files after getting a load error

I have to load and append multiple files in PBCS Data Managment. I have sometimes run into errors when loading some files. I correct the error in the file, however, when I reload with append/add, it doubles up the previous data. I also tried replace for import mode and add for export mode, but that didn't seem to work either. Is there a way to correct appended data without reloading all the files?
